What do we treat?

Core Compass can help you navigate your pelvic health journey to reach your personal goals

Exercising with Baby

Pregnancy & Postpartum

It doesn’t matter what stage of the journey you are in – currently pregnant (or trying), newly postpartum, or longtime moms – everyone can benefit from a pelvic floor evaluation (and treatment if needed!)

We can help keep you moving through pregnancy, prepare your pelvic floor for labor and delivery, and promote healing of postpartum pain, prolapse, leaking, diastasis recti (ab separation), or scars.

Pelvic Health

Pelvic floor dysfunction can occur throughout the lifespan and can be related to conditions such as endometriosis or interstitial cystitis, hormonal changes during menopause or aging, or sometimes seemingly out of nowhere!

We can help identify the root causes of your symptoms, provide meaningful pelvic health education, and develop an individualized treatment plan to help you reach your goals.

Our convenient concierge model offers 1-on-1 visits either in-person at your home within the Norfolk County (MA) area or virtually from anywhere!

Live outside of Massachusetts? We offer Virtual Wellness Coaching visits, which include a complete movement assessment, exercise prescription, and pelvic health education, all from the comfort of your home!
